Starting out working for an international fire protection company, Craig learned how to adapt to the ever-changing personalities from around the globe to maintain strong customer relationships. Later, Craig used those skills to assist a fortune 500 electrical company reach record sales for their local branch.
Looking to have a more personal involvement in the customer experience, Craig joined the Critical Power Solutions team. Specializing in single and three-phase applications, Craig works closely with customers throughout every phase of the process. From initial stages of engineering, working closely with suppliers and contractors, to supporting IT facility end-users, Craig ensures a smooth transition from one level to the next.
